Questions
Does it work on a cheap phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser or as an installed app, has a Lite mode for 2–3 GB phones, and keeps working offline — it syncs when the internet is back.
Is my data safe?
Each business sees only its own data. Logins by Google or email, PIN lock on every open, owner-approved staff, and you can export everything any time. We never sell data.
Do I need barcodes?
No. The AI reads printed labels and handwriting. If you want barcodes, FotoHisaab can print its own labels for loose items.
What happens after the free month?
Typing items by hand stays free. AI scans need a plan or a top-up. Your data is never deleted when a plan ends.
Can my staff use it in Hindi or Gujarati?
Yes — one tap switches between English, हिंदी and ગુજરાતી.
